MONTHLY MEETINGS
The CFHYM meets monthly at a different Mandir/Temple or Hindu organization. At these networking meetings, the group share ideas in support of the CFHYM mission of promoting unity and youth participation.

Causes/Seva

The CFHYM are comprised of young people looking to make a difference. CFHYM goals include positively benefitting the community through service/seva events held throughout the year. Past causes have included Relay for Life, Believe and Achieve Scholarship Foundation, etc.

Culture

The Hindu culture is dynamic, vibrant and colorful. The Central Florida Hindu Youth Movement’s  goal is to empower and encourage the youths to be active participants in their culture.

Education

Education is an important pillar of strength for CFHYM. The forum promotes actively learning more about Hinduism. Higher education in Hinduism helps youths to achieve a better understanding of the religion.

Operations

CFHYM provides a non-judgmental environment to gather and share ideas, values and goals. The operations discussion at the CFHYM networking meeting center on the management of the movements activities.

Hinduism is more than a religion; it is a philosophy of how we can all live a more peaceful life.
